1. Acceptance

By using this website, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern membership, use of online services, and interaction with any financial products of Anay Urban Co-operative Credit Society.

2. Membership

Membership requires meeting eligibility criteria and completing KYC documentation. Members must provide accurate information and notify us of any changes. Membership can be suspended or terminated under the Society’s bylaws.

3. Products & Fees

Interest rates, fees, and charges for deposits and loans are disclosed separately in product schedules. The Society reserves the right to modify rates with prior notice and as per applicable regulation.

4. Liability

The Society will take reasonable measures to protect members but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from usage of digital services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. In case of dispute, courts in the Society’s registered city shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

7. Terms Of Service

By submitting my details, I override my NDNC registration and authorize Anay Urban Co-operative Society and its representatives to contact me through Bulk SMS, RCS SMS & Verified SMS. I further consent to share my information on a confidential basis with third parties for evaluating and processing this proposal.
